By accessing this website and placing an order with Spunky Pup, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

  1. Wholesale Sales Only

Spunky Pup products are sold for wholesale purchase only. We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account or order at our sole discretion.

  1. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Inventory levels displayed on the website may change without notice. Spunky Pup reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders due to inventory shortages or other business reasons.

  1. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors may be corrected at any time. If a pricing error affects an order, Spunky Pup may contact the customer for approval prior to processing.

  1. Payment Authorization and Capture

Payment methods are authorized at checkout but may not be charged immediately. Orders may be reviewed for inventory availability, shipping costs, and order accuracy before payment is captured.

Spunky Pup reserves the right to adjust an order prior to payment capture, including the removal of unavailable items or the addition of applicable shipping charges. Customers will be notified of any material changes requiring approval.

  1. Shipping

Orders shipping within the contiguous United States may qualify for free shipping based on current promotional terms.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping, including shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations, may incur additional freight charges. Shipping charges may be reviewed and finalized after order placement.

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Claims

All sales are final.

Spunky Pup does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and refunds are not issued for products that have shipped.

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to orders@spunkypup.com within 48 hours of delivery and must include supporting photographs when applicable.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Spunky Pup reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for approved claims, including replacement product, account credit, or other corrective action.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spunky Pup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, or resale of its products.

Spunky Pup's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
